You can pre-order most items that are not currently in stock. You can do so by either filling out a form provided on the item’s page or by sending us an email to email@example.com . If you are sending an e-mail, you will need to provide style name, size and colour. Allow between 7 and 28 days for your pre-ordered garment to be manufactured. Pre-ordered items can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit. If the colour or fabric is not in stock, we will offer you an alternative fabric for your approval. Pre-ordered items in alternative fabric cannot be returned due to “change of mind” or incorrect sizing, please choose your size carefully and drop us an e-mail if unsure of your size.
We dispatch all orders the next business day. Delivery is free of charge for orders of $800 or more.
We send all orders with Australia Express Post. You can track your order online. After placing an order you will receive a copy of your transaction, and the next business day an email will be sent to you with confirmation of dispatch, tracking number and an expected time of arrival (ETA).

For International deliveries, please check the table below for overseas freight charges. It will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax.
RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
You can exchange/return or refund free of charge.
If you would like to return an item simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Unless otherwise stated (eg: underwear), you may return any purchased item, including sale items, for refund, exchange or store credit. Sale items reduced by 50% or more are considered ‘Final Sale’ items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Your satisfaction is our priority, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following conditions:
- Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached.
- You must let us know you intend to exchange or return your order within 7 days of delivery and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving an email confirmation. All refunds will be processed within 3 day .
- Returns and exchanges of international purchases or sale items must be returned at the customer’s expense. Please endorse return parcels as “RETURN OF GOODS”.
